By accessing or using GrinPilot AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
GrinPilot AI provides an AI-powered smile preview tool for dental and orthodontic practices. The Service generates simulated visualizations and delivers them to end users via web, email, and SMS at the request of the practice or end user.
3. SMS Messaging
By submitting your phone number to a practice using GrinPilot AI, you consent to receive transactional text messages containing your smile preview and related follow-ups from that practice. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of photos you upload. You grant GrinPilot AI a limited license to process those images to generate your smile preview and deliver the Service. We do not sell your photos.
5. Medical Disclaimer
Smile previews are AI-generated simulations for illustrative purposes only. They are not medical advice and do not guarantee a specific clinical outcome. Always consult a licensed dental professional.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, upload content you do not have rights to, attempt to reverse engineer the Service, or use it to send unsolicited messages.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. GrinPilot AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
